My responsibilities and achievements:
- Led a 400-member cross-functional community (13% of company) in bottom-up strategy and Agile transformation within six months.
- Served as Scrum Master for international teams across three time zones, facilitating product development.
- Established end-to-end controls, automated CI/CD pipeline, and initiated roadmaps to meet strategic goals.
- Launched "Shift Left" program, automating CI/CD controls.
- Transformed siloed teams into Agile product-driven teams, ensuring Cloud Compliance for 25-member DevOps teams.
- Provided coaching on Agile methodology/tools and fostered a culture of open communication and ownership.
- Led product development and UX/UI for "Highway to Production," a new governance platform.

The company was created splitting the renewable, network and retail businesses of RWE into a separate entity innogy. It is now merged and integrated into German energy company E.ON. innogy was serving 23 million customers in Europe.
The main goal of CX Factory was driving customer-centric journey enhancements at scale within innogy B2C. This global priority program involved collaboration with skilled professionals across international teams.
I've played a pivotal role in overhauling a cutting-edge, customer-centric CX Factory, collaborating with a global team of experts to drive impactful improvements across the customer journey. Conducted thorough customer research, led workshops to prioritize internal requirements, and facilitated strategic planning sessions, including Design Sprints 2.0 and OKR development.

- Served as Product Strategist and UX/UI Expert over different B2B, B2C, E2E products (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Led Design Sprints, Lean Inceptions, Design Thinking, Product Validation boards and many other workshops to create process maps, blueprints, architecture, and products.
- Led product development processes with active engagement of all stakeholders and insurance “we are building the right product” based on user research (quantitative and qualitative), product metrics and user centered design.
